Can prescription medications and heath conditions affect my results?

Yes, certain medications and health conditions can cause the serums to work a lot slower or not at all. Although this is a possibility, I do have customers who are getting great results even with taking prescription medication. 

Does everyone get the same results? 

No, results vary always. For Example:( If someone see hair growth results in two weeks doesn't mean you will see results in that same time frame. Your results may take a month.) There are many factors that can cause results to vary. 

On average how long does it take to see results for alopecia or traction alopecia customers to see results?

Again, the results vary but on average it takes anywhere from three to six months for any treatment to begin seeing results. Just trust the process and have patience. Also remember that alopecia areata is a autoimmune disease and can be triggered do to stress so take that into consideration.  

Should I do a patch test?

We always recommend doing a patch test, it will just ensure you do not have a adverse reaction to the product. 

How can I be sure that I've made my order correctly?

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can see the updated status of your order in real time. To do this, click the tracking number or input the tracking number into the USPS website.

Can I remove items from my order?

Unfortunately once the order is placed, we will have to cancel the entire order and have a new order placed to make changes to it. This ensures that there are no mistakes when shipping the new order out.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that we do not ship your order. Once shipped, we aren't able to cancel.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

In the rare event of receiving a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can see what we can do for use. .

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

In the event of receiving an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will swap it for the correct item or refund your entire payment to you.

Will out-of-stock items be restocked? 

If an item is out-of-stock, we will try our best to restock it as soon as possible. If there is no stock, we will remove it from the website.
